Getting to the gym or taking a brisk walk at lunchtime takes you away from the office routine and can even adjust your perspective when looking at a problem. It's great to get in a little time for yourself in the course of your day working for others.

Warm Up, Full Throttle and Cool Down with the Beats
I listen to a lot of youtube music and I love to workout to the beats in my room, so I set up my Queue, or playlist with slower songs at the beginning to warm up to, then quicker beat songs as I approach the middle of my workout to reach my target heart rate. Then back to the slower beats at the cool down. Then I add relaxation music on the end for stretching. Don't forget to also activate your "autoplay". 216
I do the same thing with my mp3 player. I put slower songs in the beginning. Not too slow. Then fast songs in the middle and slow again at the end. I always use this way of working out or walking because it works for me and it keeps me motivated if I have my favorite songs!334
