I've started my spring cleaning today. So I decided, to get in a little extra movement on top of cleaning my butt off, instead of letting the trash bags and recycling pile up and take one big trip to the dumpster, every time, I fill up a bag, I take it down right then. And I live on the second floor too, so lots of extra movement!

Doing the same workout videos over and over can get boring and routine, let's admit it. Once I know the moves like the back of my hand, I find ways to make them all more challenging. Oftentimes I will do 'double time' - do each move at double the pace and get in an extra set before switching to the other leg, etc. Or I'll add free weights to a move that doesn't normally use them!
