Think of every day starting out with a budget of how many calories you have to spend for the day. If you get tempted to eat a cookie or something not good, consider it as debt that will be very costly plus interest! This tip has helped my mindset throughout the day and just like when you swipe a credit card and know the costly interest will come along with it; look at that cookie and ask...Is it REALLY worth it?
