I was setting 2 month weight loss goals, but everytime as I neared the goal, the system aimed me toward maintenance and weightloss stopped. Once I changed over to my long term weight loss goal, that stopped. So be sure your settings are correct, because the system definitely works to maintain once you reach your goal!!

And I couldn't manage all of that without the nutrition and fitness trackers keeping me informed about how my actual eating and exercising was working together.
