Making Tv Time Count



I keep dumbbells and ankle weights by my television. When there's something on I want to see I bring a kitchen chair into the living room and do either upper or lower body strength training while I watch it. Staves off boredom.

    Thanks for sharing. I've started walking in place watching a few minutes of tv, here and there to add more steps to my day. Yesterday I was short 10,000 steps by 50 steps and didn't realize this until today. Wished I had seen it sooner. - by 921011
