I posted an old photo of me in a bikini that I love. Next to it I posted a photo of me in the same position wearing the same thing. Of course they were 40 years apart. That so totally motivated me! I had no idea I had changed so much, and unnecessarily.

Instead of posting on refrigerator a 'before you gained all those pounds ago' photo, post a photo of yourself now, to encourage you not to open the refrig or cabinet just to munch. Then every month same date, post a 'new photo' next to the heavier one. Seeing the result on refrig will motivate you instead of grieving for your skinny self all those years ago.
I got a new photo book recently for my Birthday and putting photos in the book looking at family and friends made me smile as well as view happy memories. When we smile we feel better so if you are feeling down look at some of your photo books to cheer you up !30
