I cook a whole package of pasta and after removing the water, I put individual size servings in a ziplog bag. I add about 1 tablespoon of water each (to prevent dryness) and put them in the refrigerator. It stays fresh for about 3 days, and it freezes perfectly for about 2 weeks.
When I'm in the mood for pasta, or have not time to cook, I just grab a bag, run under hot water, steam some veggies, season and VOILA!!!
