I have put together a list of positive affirmations and quotes that I found online and I knew would keep me positive. I used a fun font, printed then out on cute paper and cut them into individual strips of paper. I put them in a jar and pull one out, read it multiple times, and add it to my bulletin board dedicated just for this!

As one of my visual motivators, I have an inspiration journal that I write inspiring quotes in that help me focus on my weight loss journey and other goals. I write the quote which I often find on the site and then write a positive affirmation. This gives me something personal to reflect on when I need some motivation.
For example, a great quote I got an email after a bad weigh in- "Banish discouragement and feelings of impossibility by working hard, doing more and not giving in"
I am doing a great job and I NEED to keep going. I will not give up
