I love my crazy dramatic "reality" shows. We have a DVR and just recently got a treadmill. I only allow myself to watch these shows while on the treadmill. Half of the time I don't even realize how much I have done!

when eating, unless a portioned snack, you should always eat AWAY from the tv. watching tv distracts you and you dont realize youre full. instead focus on chewing the food. you will realize youre actually full much sooner.
I usually watch an episode from Netflix of one of my favorite TV shows while on the Elliptical each day. I told myself that I can't watch another episode unless I'm on the Elliptical. It's the only TV I watch all day, and I really look forward to the next episode, thus my next time on the Elliptical.
