I have a hard time curbing my "hunger" unless I have 1 slimfast meal shake per day. I usually eat a piece of fruit with them to have something solid in my stomach too. I drink one at lunch and it really helps me. My personal favorite are the cappuccino delight flavored shakes.

I have literally searched for YEARS to find a salad dressing that I like and that is low in calories and preservative-free. I finally found one and thought I'd share. It's super easy. 1T dijon mustard, 2T honey, 3T cider vinegar. It's the best honey mustard vinaigrette I've ever tasted. No preservatives and no after taste! Would work great as a marinade as well. It only has 25 calories per tablespoon. Enjoy!
