I don't like sweet foods early in the morning. I prefer salty foods. I heat a package of Quinoa and Brown Rice in the mircrowave, use 1 cup of it and chop up some leftover chicken into it, for a bowl of warm and savory for breakfast. My body uses the fuel for the morning and I don't hungry again until late afternoon. emoticon

Sold at Costco in easy to heat packages for 2 servings. 240 calories per cup is 1 serving. Brand name: Seeds Of Change.
