To get back on track, just stop beating yourself up on how far off track you got. Start with one step in the right direction, like a healthy meal or 10 minutes of exercise and build on from there. Think of each day as a brand new day and keep going! Strive for progress not perfection! And be kind to yourself!

Start each day anew, don't look back, and do at least 15 minutes of exercise. Even if it is walking to the Mailbox and back. I have learned that what happend yesterday can not be changed. SO today I will start fresh and forget the past and only focus on what I can do today
Yesterday is history, I can not change it, but I can learn from it and start out fresh again today.
When looking at the big picture, we all know that how we finish is more important than where we start. Many successful people started out in life with the odds against them, & came through winners. They didnít let their starting situation determine their final outcome. Think about itÖthis same philosophy can apply to everything we do.
When working towards goals, forget that you may have started out at a disadvantage, met hurdles or made mistakes along the way. Move past the past! Donít get discouraged. Donít blame your past!
Stop looking back & start looking forward. Then, you will move ahead in leaps & bounds.
