Get a hoola hop and start hooping instead of sitting in front of the tv and burn 100 calories in 20 minutes while having FUN! If you can get a weighted one for maximum results, it will shape your core and it's much easier to spin than the light ones!!

Remember some of the little joys kids had with simple exercises that we forget about? I usually don't feel like exercising, however, jumping rope, swinging my feet whenever I'm at my desk, hoola hoop, even hop scotch...they don't feel like exercise but they are so why not do them?
