Before I started exercising regularly I would drink up to 8 cups of coffee per day and would still be ready for a nap by 1:00pm. On the days that I do at least 20 minutes on my elliptical I get sick of my coffee before I even finish the first cup. Plus, I have so much energy throughout the day that I only sit at my desk when I have to!

BEFORE that cup of morning coffee - drink a glass or TWO of water. If you have more than one cup of coffee in the morning - drink at least 1 glass between cups of coffee! This gives you a jump start on your water each day!
I did my first 5K ever a couple weeks ago and I did a lot better than I thought I would because I haven't ran more than 1.5-2miles ever! While training on my treadmill I was doing it in 45min at 4mph. So when I did it in 37 min 10 sec I was psyched! And a photo company was there and they captured the moment I crossed the finish line!!! It was such a great moment for me! On their website I was able to purchase a mug with that picture on it.
So now every morning I have my coffee and am super motivated to keep it up!!
