Many cyclists use a product called Chamois Butter or Butt Balm or something like that...I use Palmer's Cocoa Butter. It's a little cheaper, comes in a larger jar & works really well. I found that other products didn't work as well for me. If you're having a hard time with saddle soreness, try different, UNSCENTED products until you find something that works.
No matter what I find something to keep myself not only busy, but moving throughout the day. It could be cleaning, yard work, washing the car, washing the dog, accomplishing something for work, etc. Just keep going!
I find that I have the strongest cravings whenever I allow myself to get bored or when I'm sitting around watching TV. If I can keep myself busy and moving each day then I avoid cravings, keep my metabolism up, and accomplish a lot more than if I just lounge around thinking about food!
