Since the weather is nice, I take my three year old to the park often. While pushing him on the swing I do some kind of exercise, lunges, hip flexors, squats, calf raises and things like that, while, at the same time I am getting arm exercise by pushing. Great mini workout.

Yesterday was go,go,go!!! But I wasn't FORMALLY exercising;I just had ALOT of ERRANDS to do!! So, to keep myself moving [and get those exercise points!], I park FARTHER away --in a shaded spot- and WALK in the grocery store,using a special "kids"cart for my toddler when I shop.I wore my GARMIN...
[heart monitor/cal.counter] to log the whole day since I was outside most of it, and with carrying groceries and toddler off & on,walking,and a short run in the park after my toddler-my cal. burned said 571! I hadn't made the best food choices that day,but my metabolism reacted to the MOVEMENT!!!
