This Sparked Me!

I have found that being gentle with myself when I've not been able to stick to my plan has been the most effective way to bring me back on track. I make sure I say kinder things to myself when I slip up. Harsher self-talk makes the slip-up last longer.

    I've never really thought of it like that but you are absolutely true. Beating yourself up only makes you feel worse and want to take comfort in food. Being gentle with yourself and reminding yourself that you're worth it is so much better for you!
