Easily Remove An Egg Yolk

If you're like me and not supposed to eat the egg yolk (but love eggs), use a turkey baster. Take the rubber portion off, squeeze it, hold it over the yolk, and then stop squeezing. The suction will force the yolk (and only the yolk) into the handle. Voilà! Egg whites! :)

MORE INFORMATION:
I usually remove the egg yolk after I hard-boil the eggs, but sometimes I want to scramble the egg whites. Using the rubber portion of the baster really helps increase my breakfast options :)

    As much as i hate wasting part of the egg, I save it for other recepies that call for one hole egg. Thanks for that suggestion when it comes to separating an egg. i have almost mastered toe traditional way but i like your method too! emoticon
