I Take Criticism As Motivation

This Sparked Me!

Every time my husband, close family members or friends criticise my fat gain, I do not get disappointed; instead, their comment increases my willpower. I take it as a challenge and run 15 minutes extra on the treadmill. I have been able to increase my stamina and strength for the workouts this way.

Good for you to turn their comment into something positive! I believe in you and I know you will keep doing what is BEST for your health and well being. Good Job! emoticon

I'm sorry you receive criticism -- but I love your attitude. I've taken a line from Barney Stinson of How I Met Your Mother: Whenever his friends tell him he can't do something he replies, "Challenge Accepted!!!!!" (Unfortunately, Barney Stinson isn't referring to weight loss, but it's still a positive attitude emoticon )
