After exercising in the mornings; I make a fruit smoothie (1/2 banana, 3 small strawberries, 1/8 cup organic vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup water and one scoop of whey protein powder) for rejuvenation. This powerful drink helps to get my day off with a super bang!
Use a Magic Bullet or Vita Mix to blend all ingredients.
The biggest help for me? A protein smoothie every morning. I blend up almond milk, whey protein powder, spinach, flax oil, frozen strawberries for one example. Throw it in a to go cup & take it like I would coffee. Great easy energizing breakfast.
