I plan my meals and add them to my tracker once a week, then I know what I am eating..NO guessing just eat the planned meal. If I am going out I check out the menus and then track what I plan again, no guessing so I am not tempted to eat other things, I rarely even look at the menu if I do this. The more I plan the better I am eating and can handle small challenges when they come up.

Have you ever tried to add the new pet license tag or name tag to the ring on your pet's collar and broke your finger nails in the process? Use a staple puller....the kind you find in offices everywhere. You can pull the collar ring open and slide the new tag on very easily!
Also works when you need to add a key to a tight key ring!
I used to lose my keys all of the time...sooo...now I use a key ring with a clip on the end. I attach a book ring or key ring around the strap/handle of my purse/bag and clip the keys right to it. You can also clip the keys right to a ring or zipper on a duffel bag/backpack/purse.
