You track, you work out, however, you still need that boost or help? Get back on track by taking pictures of every meal you eat, or snacks you do.. By taking pictures, not only does that help on your tracking but its physical proof that you see to "help you" and think.. oh wait, wheres my fruit, where are my veggies... If someone saw you with this meal, is it right for you? When you see that picture, is that really what you are to be eating? How would this make me feel after I eat this?
