I bought the Habit Former cards (little cards - you read one a day and start the habit it suggests - in a month, you have new organizational habits).
I decided to make my own healthy living cards with new habits and positive thoughts. Such as: exercise 10 minutes today, drink a glass of water, etc. I used index cards, punched them in the corner and put them on a ring. Works wonders when I am feeling down or unmotivated.
