Working Toward Kicking The Diet Soda Habit To The Curb!



I have to admit that I am addicted to Diet Soda. For years, I have regularly drank 2-4 cans a day.. sometimes more. For sure this isn't good for my body or my pocketbook. Since I can't quit cold turkey, I have told myself that I can have one only after I drink 8 oz of water first. It is working! The past two days I have only had one... If you have issues with soda you might want to give this strategy a try. Spark on!!

    Took me a long time to kick it. I cut back gradually from an every day habit to ever other day, then once a week and now only crave one when I have a good hamburger. I switch to water with Crystal Lemon Light helped. emoticon - by JAK41262
