I found a picture of myself in my early twenties when I was thin and healthy and put it on my bathroom mirror. Now every time I use the bathroom, I have my "goal or vision" in front of me. I'm getting closer and closer to that "body" every day with SP.

The vacation picture of me as heavy is posted up on my bedroom mirror where I can see it everyday. Next to it is a picture of me the last time I was thinner. While I will never look quite that young again (and I do not look my age), I can be that thin again. Those are my visuals to keep going.
Post a picture of the thin you on your refrigerator or find a picture in a magazine of what you would like your figure to look like..cut it out and post your face on it! It will remind you of why you are on your journey and motivate you to make healthy food choices!9
