I set a timer for 15 minutes when I sit down at the computer. When the timer goes off it is time to get up and do something while moving about. Tada---more housework don. If you want, time the housework for 15 minutes and then back to the computer.

I cook using only recipies that show the total calories per serving and carbs. I will only experiment with recipies that have less than 300 calories and under 9 carbs per serving. This helps my family as well as myself to maintain control of my diet.
