I take off my shoes and socks. I plant my feet securely on the ground, take three deep breaths then start walking as slowly as I possibly can noticing every moves my body is having to make. I try to concentrate only on my body and on my connection to the ground.

Focus on the sensations exploding in your mouth by eating mindfully. Fix a nice place for yourself at the table. Make your food look beautiful. No TV. No computers or video games. No books. Be fully present with each bite. You will feel satisfied as you feed your hunger, not your appetite.
