  • THERE IS A TREADMILL WHERE A I WORK & I GET UP FROM MY DESK AND GET AT LEAST 20 MINUTES AND TRY FOR 30-35 MINUTES--2 TIMES A DAY. MY GOAL IS FOR 4 MILES PER DAY - by SPARRISH7
