I find that there are certain foods that I cannot keep in the house or I nibble on them (or literally binge on them). My family loves chocolate chip cookies and I don't like chocolate chips. So, the only kind of cookies I made are chocolate chip. It is a win-win. They have cookies (whole wheat flour and oatmeal too). I can leave them alone and have some fruit instead!30
Prepare raw veggies and fruit before it goes in the fridge.
After getting my groceries and before my fruits and my raw veggies go in the fridge I wash them up and prepare into bite sizes. ie carrot and celery sticks. Apples washed and put into the fruit bowl. Watermelon, cantelope, honeydew melons cut up and put into containers so it's ready to eat now. NO excuses to grab cookies, chips, junk food. 211
