Avoiding The Taste Tester'S Guilt

To avoid sneaking bites of the meals or dough of the foods that I make (which add up quickly and are hard to track), I chew mint gum while I am working.

It keeps my mouth busy, I don't want to ruin my gum and the mint kills other tastes as well as making my mouth taste nice and clean. All of these things keep me from constantly sneaking bites.
