    I am lucky. I work in a office with a window and a view of a beautiful old oak tree. When I am feeling stressed I take time to breath deeply and look out at the majestic beauty of the tree. Just a couple of minutes and I can get back to work and get going on work. Every day I do take some time to walk and that makes me feel better for hours afterwards. Sometimes I have to remind myself that worrying is not getting anything done and to take action and get going. - by 130GRETL
