I used to mindlessly snack while watching TV. Now, I jog in place. I started out jogging through commercials. Now, I jog through the whole show. It gets my Fit Bit steps in, stops the snacks, and I feel more energy all the time. It's a win/win!

  • This may be a starting point for me. I have changed the way I'm eating but I can't get myself to do anything when I get home from work. I throw in some laundry, fix supper for me and my hubby and then I sit, in front of the TV and play Candy Crush or browse Facebook. Bad habits are making me weak. emoticon - by KELLEY1955
