I used to mindlessly snack while watching TV. Now, I jog in place. I started out jogging through commercials. Now, I jog through the whole show. It gets my Fit Bit steps in, stops the snacks, and I feel more energy all the time. It's a win/win!

Students - need a break from studying for finals? Jog in place
Finals are coming up, so when I need to unwind and take a break, I jog in place using Wii Fit's Free Run for 10 minutes and watch a little bit of TV! I do this a few times a day and I feel refreshed after doing it. If you don't have a Wii/Wii Fit, you can jog in place anyway without it!
I recently bought a watch with a stop watch so I can sneak in extra minutes of exercise and keep track of my minutes. This is my reminder that if I'm watching TV I should get up during commercials and jog in place or run up and down the basement step, or do counter push ups while cooking dinner!
I HATE commercials so while I am watching my favorite tv show I get up and jog in place while the commercials are on (with the TV muted). This way I get to fit in some extra exercise and not feel like my time was wasted.
