Recently my family has had to face the music and realize that no matter how much we love the area we live in, with the rising cost of gas, and cost of living; we realize that we can no longer afford to live in an expensive house more than an hour away from town and jobs. We've come to the realization that in order to pay off past due debts and have a little left over to save each month, it's time to move into a cheaper place that's closer to work.
When your expenses exceed your income, your behind in all your bills, your facing possibly getting evicted from your home because you can't pay rent on time because your always flat broke, it's time for a reality check. A cheaper house, closer to work will cut costs big time!

Many times we tell ourselves that we can't afford this or we can't afford that. We must begin to tell ourselves that we are worth it regardless of the expense. If we continue to tell ourselves we can't afford it, our self worth will never change. Look in the mirror and say "I am worth it!"
The best thing I ever did was get a personal trainer. Paying the money and having an appointment made me go and has helped me to develop the habit of exercising. I highly recommend it as a way to get started. Even if you can't afford alot of sessions, get what you can afford. As a lifelong non-exerciser...it has made all the difference in my weight loss journey.
