I made a playlist on Youtube of songs that have dances that go with them (Cupid Shuffle, The Wobble, Electric Slide, Cotton Eye Joe, etc) so that when I want a fun workout I just start it from the beginning and dance! I have enough songs that it makes up a 30 minute workout and it just seems like I"m having fun. Try it!!
Some fun ones that are not as well known that you might like to learn and try: on Youtube look up "Michael Jackson Shuffle" and "Biker Shuffle". Very fun!!

Don't forget to let your kids help. They have tons of energy and would love to help mommy and daddy with their workout. Let them help you design a just for fun workout, it could be a crazy dance, a slilly walk, or a outdoor spin of hide and seek, the beauty of it they helped, and you have a fun extra workout to burn extra calories and some great little coaches that will in most cases give you a hug, and say "Good Job."!
It could be for 15 minutes in length, but if added to your normal workouts 2 times a week that is another half hour of fitness and lots of calories burned.
Set one day of the week aside for a fun workout... like playing with your kids or a Sweatin' to the Oldies-or, in my case- Yoga Booty Ballet workout. It gives you something different to look forward to and it's a change of pace from the regular workout routine! 334
