I try to get 8 5-minute walks in during my work day. I have 8 of those chunky magnets that you slap on your overhead metal cabinets. At the start of the day they're all on one cabinet door. As I complete a 5 minute walk I move them to the other door. Hopefully, by the end of the day they're all moved, and I got 40 minutes and two miles of walking done!

I don't use sponges because they are germ magnets, but my mother does. She cleans them daily by getting them damp, then zapping them in the microwave for 60 seconds. Be careful, though. You can dry them out too much.
