Just STOP the thought train that creates "reasons" (excuses) and debates whether or not you should exercise or eat right. When I hear myself debating and rationalizing, I call myself out on it. "Heyyyyyy.........wait a minute........" Once I realize where that train is headed, I jump right off and get back on the right track. Listen to yourself and quit thinking! ;-)

Getting started with exercise isn't as hard as we make it. We need to quit thinking about what we can and can't do. Stop thinking about when or where. Just get up and DO something. All your brain does is limit your body's potential.
If you're ready to quit think to yourself "can i make it through just one more minute" and when that minutes up... think the same thing -- before you know it, you've done another ten, fifteen, or thirty minutes. 224 Even if you just get that one more minute in, it's one more towards your goal!
