I use my drip coffee maker to make quick easy iced tea. Put 3-4 tea bags in the coffee filter and run through a carafe of water. Pour hot tea into a pitcher 1/2 full of ice and Viola... perfect iced tea!

Increasing fluids helped me get back to shedding lbs.
By increasing my water/intake I drink on average 120 oz of water/ice tea a day. I find it hard to drink plain water, so I make ice tea and always have it made and on hand. Lipton cold brew is the easiest to use and comes in caffeinated & decaffeinated.
I found it easier to get my 8 glasses in when I make some of them herbal tea. I make up a pitcher of mint tea, add the juice of 1/2 lemon and leave it in the frig. I like it poured over crushed ice during these hot summer afternoons.
After dinner, I often make blueberry tea or something similar. Fruit-flavored tea in the evening has been a big help marking the end of eating for the day and replacing dessert after dinner. 198
