Your "Hunger" Might Be Thirst!

If I feel "hungry" when I know I shouldn't (it's not near a meal or snack time), that's a signal to me to go drink another full glass of water. 9 times out of 10, my "hunger" vanishes-- and I'm getting all my water in! emoticon

MORE INFORMATION:
(I'm new to learning how to eat within my caloric range, and I'm still used to overeating. Keeping up with my water is helping immensely!)
