Drink your water don't sip on it all day and THINK you are getting in enough. Also you may need to get in more than 64 oz a day to lose. I have to drink 120oz or more in a day to lose. It gets easy with time. I use to gag on it but now I don't mind so much. Your body needs the water to flush out the fat cells and to function right. Did you know that you breath out over a cup of water a day.
