Bowl with a mixed age league. Bowling with my grandchildren makes for a much more active evening. Faster paced; more times up and down; exciting and some great together time.
We have recently bowled in an "Oddball" tournament. Two bowlers get on the same lane and then one person fires one ball, then next bowler throws next ball; no sitting out and lots of movement and standing. Scoring same as one person bowling. Great fun

I put the exercise ball in the middle of my bedroom. It is big and I can't miss it. After I take a shower, I use the ball while my hair is drying!!! This is now a routine, like brushing teeth. I also put music on. it may seem odd to exercise after a shower, but it works for me.
Think like a bowler when placing water bottles in the refrig
Think of that empty hand as where the bowling ball should be. Place the other hand on the refrig door and open it. now with the bowling ball less hand, swing down and touch the shelf that is most natural for you, your movements and the refrig. That is the shelf and the spot where your water bottles
should be placed, on their side, filled with cold water like the bowling pins would lay. Somehow when your boringly looking for something to eat, that natural act of grabbing something, this time the water bottle might save you some calories.
