I've picked one objective to focus on for a few weeks. After a while, it just ebcomes habit. I like to pair it with a great reward. First, I gave myself a great fitness reward every week that I hit 210 fitness minutes (a new workout shirt or shorts, a subscription to a fitness magazine). After several weeks, fitness became a fun habit and something I would never miss. Next, I aimed for 8 servings of fruits and veggies a day, which went well. Now, I'm finally trying to hit my calorie range.
The calorie range is the toughest (for me) so I'm stepping up the self-rewards. Each *day* that I hit my range, I can spend a few dollars on a new ebook. Talk about instant gratification! I'm an evening eater, so when I wanted a cookie, I instead said, "I would really like that book!" It helped.

I pick out a none food related reward for each month I hit a goal, stay on my plan or reach a new insight. Currently maintaining my weight, I pick out a reward that keeps me focus. The reward keeps me going and something to look forward to getting. Next reward is a day spa.
Nothing gets you closer to your goals then clearly keeping them in front of you! Each month I pick three or four things to focus on and I write them on an index card. I review the card every morning and throughout the day. It helps me remember where to spend my time! Sometimes I also include rewards I am working towards and inspirational quotes to help me stay focused!30
