You Can'T Change The Past. You Can Change The Future.

When I fall off the wagon diet-wise, I don't drop out of the race. I believe that no matter how often I creep back into old habits I will never reach a stage where I say "I failed again - I might as well give up forever!" I always believe there is hope that this is going to be the time when I change my habits for life. My attitude to abandoned diets from the past is that losing some weight for a while is better than never having lost any and potentially being way bigger than I am now.

To live with regrets is to live in the past. To live in the past is not living at all, because you can't enjoy the present and won't let yourself see the future. No one is able to go back and change the past, but your actions now will impact your future. So, forgive yourself, let go of the burden of regrets, and live.
Do not live your life in regret. It has helped me a lot to keep the focus on the NOW and the FUTURE. I can't change the past but I can change what I am doing NOW and what I am going to do in the FUTURE.
So go forward because it is there were the stuff is happening :)
