If you wait to feel motivated before you start, or if you stop every time you feel unmotivated, you'll never get there! What you need is PLANNING and ROUTINE. Plan like you're going to be healthy today, don't wait and see whether you feel like it.
When you bring a healthy lunch to work, you're more likely to eat it. If your gym stuff is already in the car, you're more likely to go. Make it easier for yourself to be healthy than to not be healthy and it won't matter whether you feel motivated.
When you feel unmotivated to keep going, think about all your progress so far and get the motivation to carry on. If that doesn't help, read a couple of success and motivational stories or quotes and get sparked to keep going. Picture yourself at goal weight and how great you're going to feel. Do anything that you can to get motivated to continue because in the end, it's really worth it.
