I've always been a picker when it comes to eating. If a meal doesn't leave me full, I find something else to graze on. More often than not, what I find is not healthy and I just munch mindlessly. My recent find is that I can whip up a quick protein shake (a milk variety, a scoop of protein powder, and a piece of fruit - lately I have been using a banana) to curb any hunger I may have after a meal. It is working really well! This has also helped meet my protein goal for the day!
