I buy fruits such as blueberries/strawberries/mag o/pineapple/bananas and low fat yogurt. I got containers and measured each fruit and made different fruit combinations and freeze them. Each morning I open a container, add 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 cup milk or other dairy product and blend it up. Delicious and nutritious! ( I sometimes add 1/4tsp sugar)
I make each fruit batch 1-1 1/4 cups and it makes about 2 cups

Weekends can be a dietary challenge. To help me stay on track, I stock my kitchen with healthy snacks with a theme. One weekend the theme will be fresh melon so I buy a party tray of cut melon. Another weekend, the theme will be orange and I will buy sweet potatoes, carrots, and cantaloupe.
Making eating fun helps me stay on track.
