Fruit Made Fun And Easy!

This Sparked Me!

I buy fruits such as blueberries/strawberries/mag
and low fat yogurt. I got containers and measured each fruit and made different fruit combinations and freeze them. Each morning I open a container, add 1/4 cup yogurt and 1 cup milk or other dairy product and blend it up. Delicious and nutritious! ( I sometimes add 1/4tsp sugar) emoticon

I make each fruit batch 1-1 1/4 cups and it makes about 2 cups
