I picture what I will put on my SP blog on my one year SparkAversary. I want that blog to be about my success. I want to include pictures of the old and new me; of my old and new clothes. Keeping this in mind gets my butt off the couch and onto the streets or into the gym to work out.

I used "Pin as tab" in Firefox 4 to fix my daily nutrition tracker page. This way, my nutrition tracker is always there one click away when Firefox opens up. It is less time to add food, and I am more likely to track. ("Pin as tab" is also useful for gmail and facebook.)21617
