I use Sundays as ways to tweak my progress. I re-set goals in the teams I am a member of; get out of teams I feel are not working for me anymore; join teams I feel are more directly connected to my needs at that time; and so on.
The process gives me hope and allows for the downturns in my progress. Life is full of changes and I am in the process. Love it! 104381

If you don't want to join groups, don't. There's no need to let the pressure of feeling like you have to do it all get you down. After all, you signed up to do what's right for you.
