I recently bought a pair of 10 pound dumb bells and started strength training in front of a full length mirror. I have a list of exercises (bicep curls, triceps, lateral raises, etc.) that I do. It only takes 10 minutes but I'm getting stronger. And muscles burn more calories than fat.
