Use 1lb ground meat and lots of veggies to make 4 different meals! Add bulk with lots of different veggies (shredded or chopped). You get up to 4 servings per meal (approx. 12-16 servings). I stretch meat and save money too. I do the same with boneless chicken breast and boneless pork. Some weeks I get 12-14 individual meals that I would add different side dishes, salads or more veggies too! All my lunch & dinner entrées for the week done!!
Buy 1lb of ground meat, separate it into 4 portions; make 4 different meals adding lots of veggies for bulk - 4 meals with 2-4 servings! eg: ground beef: MAKE meal1=chili, meal2=bolognese, meal3=mini meatball soup, meal4=burgers. Shred zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, onions, tomatoes, etc. bulk up meats!!

Buying meats in bulk (6 or more servings) can be helpful in planning meals for 1-2 people in a household. Freeze the portions separately. This way you have meat for future meals and you can control how much you need to cook per person. 496
When I'm craving a big meal I make sure I have tacos for dinner. Old El Paso Corn Crunchy Tacos = 3 hard shells for 1 serving. With only 150 calories per serving. Just make sure you fill it with good stuff. Mine usually always had kale + meat or fake meat.
