Tapping Breaks Up The Tension




Other cultures have some unique health tips. I have learned a Chinese tip that I will call tapping. When you are feeling tired and down you tap your body and take deep breaths. I am amazed how good this feels to relieve my body and mind tension. It only takes a moment.
